1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Scringo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Scringo is a screenshot translation application that:
- Detects screenshots from your device's photo library
- Extracts text using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) via iOS Vision Framework
- Translates extracted text to your selected language via Apple Translation Framework (iOS 18+)
- Stores translation history locally on your device
System Requirements: Scringo requires iOS 18 or later for translation functionality. OCR functionality is available on iOS 13 or later.
3. Account and Subscription
3.1 Free Tier
- Limited to max 10 uses at a time
- Recovers 1 use per hour automatically
- No registration or account required
3.2 Pro Subscription
- Price: ¥790 per month (subject to change)
- Features: Unlimited translations (no usage limits)
- Billing: Auto-renewable subscription through Apple App Store
- Renewal: Automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via App Store subscriptions in iOS Settings
- No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
3.3 Managing Subscriptions
To cancel or manage your subscription:
- Open iOS Settings
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Select Scringo
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App to process copyrighted content without authorization
- Not abuse or exploit the service (e.g., excessive usage)
- Comply with Apple's Terms of Service
- Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements (iOS 18+)
5. On-Device Processing
Scringo uses Apple's built-in frameworks for all core functionality:

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 App Ownership
Scringo and all related materials are owned by the developer. All rights reserved.
6.2 User Content
You retain all rights to your screenshots and translations. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Accuracy of OCR and translation results
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Availability of language packs or system frameworks
Translation and OCR accuracy depends on:
- Screenshot image quality
- Text clarity and font
- Source and target language complexity
- iOS Vision Framework and Apple Translation Framework performance
- Availability of downloaded language packs
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Service interruptions or errors
- Inaccurate translations or OCR results
- Apple framework failures or incompatibilities
- Language pack unavailability or download failures
9. Usage Limits
9.1 Free Tier Limits
- Max 10 uses at a time (stock system)
- Recovers 1 use per hour automatically
- No monthly reset - continuous recovery system
9.2 Pro Tier
- Unlimited translations
- No usage limits or restrictions
9.3 Fair Use
Excessive or abusive usage may result in service restrictions, even for Pro subscribers.
10. Language Pack Requirements
Translation functionality requires:
- iOS 18 or later
- Download of language packs via iOS Settings
- Sufficient device storage for language packs
The developer is not responsible for:
- Language pack download failures
- Insufficient device storage
- Language pair incompatibilities
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon:
- Posting updated Terms in the App
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
12. Service Modifications or Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App (temporarily or permanently)
- Change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice
- Terminate service for violations of these Terms

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

1. 利用規約の承諾
Scringo（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意しない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。
2. サービスの説明
Scringoは、以下の機能を提供するスクリーンショット翻訳アプリケーションです：
- デバイスのフォトライブラリからスクリーンショットを検出
- iOS Vision Frameworkを使用した光学文字認識（OCR）によるテキスト抽出
- Apple Translation Framework（iOS 18+）を使用した選択した言語への翻訳
- 翻訳履歴をデバイスにローカル保存
システム要件: Scringoは、翻訳機能にiOS 18以降が必要です。OCR機能はiOS 13以降で利用できます。
3. アカウントとサブスクリプション
3.1 無料プラン
- 最大10回までストック可能
- 1時間ごとに1回自動回復
- 登録やアカウント作成は不要
3.2 Proサブスクリプション
- 価格: 月額¥790（変更される場合があります）
- 機能: 無制限の翻訳（使用回数制限なし）
- 請求: Apple App Storeを通じた自動更新サブスクリプション
- 更新: 現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、毎月自動更新されます
- 支払い: 購入確認時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます
- キャンセル: iOS設定のApp Storeサブスクリプションからいつでもキャンセル可能
- 返金なし: 法律で定められた場合を除き、支払いは返金不可
3.3 サブスクリプションの管理
サブスクリプションをキャンセルまたは管理するには：
- iOS設定を開く
- 自分の名前をタップ → サブスクリプション
- Scringoを選択
- 「サブスクリプションをキャンセル」をタップ
4. ユーザーの責任
以下に同意するものとします：
- 本アプリを合法的な目的でのみ使用する
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブルを行わない
- 許可なく著作権で保護されたコンテンツを処理するために本アプリを使用しない
- サービスを悪用または悪用しない（例：過度な使用）
- Appleの利用規約を遵守する
- デバイスが最小システム要件（iOS 18+）を満たしていることを確認する

7. 保証の否認

- 中断やエラーのない動作
- 特定目的への適合性
- 言語パックまたはシステムフレームワークの可用性
翻訳とOCRの正確性は以下に依存します：
- スクリーンショット画像の品質
- テキストの鮮明さとフォント
- ソース言語とターゲット言語の複雑さ
- iOS Vision FrameworkとApple Translation Frameworkのパフォーマンス
- ダウンロードされた言語パックの可用性
8. 責任の制限
法律で許容される最大限の範囲で、開発者は以下に対して責任を負いません：
- 間接的、偶発的、または結果的損害
- データまたは利益の損失
- サービスの中断またはエラー
- 不正確な翻訳またはOCR結果
- Appleフレームワークの障害または非互換性
- 言語パックの利用不可またはダウンロード失敗
9. 使用制限
9.1 無料プランの制限
- 最大10回までストック可能（ストックシステム）
- 1時間ごとに1回自動回復
- 月次リセットなし - 継続的な回復システム
9.2 Proプラン
9.3 公正使用
過度または悪質な使用は、Proサブスクライバーであってもサービス制限の対象となる場合があります。
10. 言語パックの要件
翻訳機能には以下が必要です：
- iOS 18以降
- iOS設定を介した言語パックのダウンロード
- 言語パック用の十分なデバイスストレージ
開発者は以下に対して責任を負いません：
- 言語パックのダウンロード失敗
- デバイスストレージの不足
- 言語ペアの非互換性
11. 規約の変更
当方は、いつでも本規約を変更する権利を留保します。変更は以下の時点で有効になります：
- 本アプリに更新された規約を掲載
- 「最終更新日」を更新
変更後も本アプリを継続して使用することは、変更された規約の承諾を構成します。
12. サービスの変更または終了
当方は以下の権利を留保します：
- 本アプリを変更または中止する（一時的または永続的）
- 30日前の通知でサブスクリプション価格を変更する
- 本規約違反に対してサービスを終了する
13. プライバシー
Scringoの使用は、当方のプライバシーポリシーによっても管理されます。以下で確認してください：

本規約は日本の法律に準拠します。紛争は東京の裁判所で解決されるものとします。
